This week's activity is to clean up your room without being asked. You can clean up someone else's room as well if you would like, but your main focus should be on making sure your room is neat and tidy all week long without having your parents or older siblings ask you to clean up. Some of you may have already cleaned your room for Kindness # 6 so maybe you can do some other part of the house.

 

At the end of the week or once you finish the activity, you will write a journal entry. In a journal entry, share about your experience with this activity. Did your parents notice? Were they happy with you for cleaning up? How did having a clean room make you feel? Also, you may include anything else you would like me to know. Please try to write at least five sentences about your experience with this activity.

This week's activity is to do a chore for someone with or without them knowing. Some ideas are you may do the laundry, clean the house, help set up or clean the table after a meal, or make someone's bed for them. You can also come up with your own idea.

 

At the end of the week or once you finish the activity, you will write a journal entry. In this entry, you should include the following: who did you do the chore for and why, what chore did you do, how did the experience of doing this chore go, how did it make you feel to do something for someone, and how did the person react to your help and anything else you would like to share with me.
