Intent to Enroll for the 2025-2026 School Year

KEY Academy is currently planning for the 2025-2026 school year. To help us with our planning, we are asking that you please complete the following form and submit it to the School Office to reserve your child/ren’s seat in his/her classroom. Space is limited and please note that only those students with a returned re-enrollment form will be placed on the roster for next year. All forms need to be returned to the office by Friday, January 31, 2025. If you do not return this form by the requested date, we will not be able to hold a place for your child/ren at KEY Academy. Please include on this form if you have a child who will be attending transitional kindergarten or kindergarten next year. TK students must turn 4 by September 1, 2025 and K students must turn 5 by September 1, 2025. Remember all new transitional kindergarten and kindergarten students will also need to fill out the enrollment packet to complete the registration process. The enrollment packet will be mailed to you during registration time (April-May).
