Good morning!

 

I hope the students all enjoyed their 4-day weekend! This week is a short one, so we are not doing a new lesson for Language Arts, we will be focusing on Math and Science. Today students are taking the Chapter 10 Math Mid-Chapter quiz in class. 

 

The big thing we have going on right now is Science projects. Every student is required to come up with a Science project that they will present to the class for a grade. Students can work by themselves, or with a partner. I have been asked to send a certain number of projects on to the all-school Science Fair to be judged. Students who are not chosen but would still like to show their project will have the opportunity to display their project as well. Students should submit their idea to me by this Friday with a parent signature. I will give some time in class for students to research a project they would like to do. Students will need to have a poster with visuals to present to the class. If your student needs help getting materials such as a poster board, please let me know so I can work on getting that for them.

June 3rd- Science Fair

June 21st- Last Day of School
