About Me

I am Mr. Keith Wiley and I am excited to be your child’s classroom teacher for the year. I had the pleasure of working as one of Key Academy's Kindergarten teachers my first year here and 1st grade for the subsequent 5 years, and last year I was challenged with teaching 5th grade. I now have the pleasure of teaching 7th grade math and science this year. If you are reading this as a returning family, welcome back! I may have even gotten to teach some of these students as kinder and first!!

Before working as a teacher I did a lot of substitute teaching, after school teaching, and also worked as an instructional aide. During my undergraduate, I worked as a math tutor at Mathnasium, tutoring from algebra to Calc 2 and even tutored integrated sciences, as well. It is my goal to ensure every student walks out of my class feeling they are safe, accepted, and smarter than they were the day before!
