"ee" and "ea" digraphs make the "E" sound!
 
"ai" and "ay" digraphs:
 
Learn how ai and ay sound in words like:
Rain, pain, wait, say, play, and gray.

Use "ai" in the middle of a word, and "ay" at the end of the word:
wait / play
plain / pay
rain /  stay
hail / gray
 
 
When to add -s or -es to a sentence?
 
Use -es for words that end with the letters: ch, sh, x, s, or z.
 
Doesn't end in ch, sh, x, s, or z? Then just add -s!
