My name is Jessica Prunty and I am one of the 5th grade teacher at KEY Academy. This will be my 9th year teaching 5th grade at KEY and I am so excited to work with this fantastic group of students and the wonderful staff this year! I graduated from Cal State East Bay with my BA in Human Development in 2013 and also received my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from the same school in 2014. In my spare time, I love to read, spend time with my friends and family, and play with my dog.

Fall Break
There will be no school Thursday September 24th and Friday September 25th due to Fall Break. Enjoy the 4 day weekend!!
Breakfast
Breakfast will now be served from 7:50-8:05 every morning. Arrive at school early if you would like breakfast!
September Book Orders
Books orders are due by this Friday September 18. You can send the book order to school with your student, or you can order online using our classroom code NDFZN.

Homework Club!
After school homework club starts Tuesday September 8th. Homework club is from 3:15-4:15 Monday-Thursday and will be held for 5th graders in my classroom, Room 23.
Welcome back to school!
Hello and welcome back to another exciting year at Key Academy! We will not be having homework in this first week of school, but I do ask that students return their parent surveys back to me by this Friday September 4th. Homework will start next week.
