Hello KEY Academy Community!
My name is Asha, your dedicated Student Support Coordinator. I have the best job in the world! I get to work with the most amazing teaching staff and some of the greatest kids and parents in the Bay Area. I graduated from the University of California Berkeley and have a masters in multicultural education as well as a credential in Special Education. My interests are what I do everyday-helping our youth reach their full potential. Outside of my work week, I spend my time with my friends, family and the best dog ever-mine! I am always on a quest to meet new people and learn about their language and culture.
With every new year, students are presented with new challenges. Where I come in is to help make those challenges easier to overcome. I oversee intervention and special education. I try to give the students and the teachers the tools they need to do their very best and grow in the process. Please refer to me if you need the following:
